Hello I’m Madelyn Robbins,
I was born and raised in Minnesota and moved to South Carolina in August, 2023. My family owned and operated a childcare facility in Woodbury, Minnesota founded by my parents Nicole and Gary. Growing up in the childcare industry and watching my parents work to care for children gave me a deep passion and joy for being around children, and led me to begin working towards opening up a childcare facility of my own.
My understanding of the need for quality childcare options in Mount Pleasant (as well as my love of warm weather,) brought me to Mount Pleasant and led to the beginning of Alliance Childcare right here in Park West! After obtaining my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education, and with my family's experience from Minnesota, I am excited to bring a loving, caring, safe, and educational childcare environment to Mount Pleasant, and work in Alliance with you as we learn and grow with your family!

We work in Alliance with parents and become an extension of your family. In order for the program to succeed the kids need to be having fun throughout the day, which keeps them excited to come back the next day, which is a sure way the parents will know their kids are taken care of, and happy each day, leaving parents worry-free, knowing their children are in the best place they could be!

We are open from 6am to 6pm! Children can attend for up to 10 hours a day.
Alliance has both full time and part time schedules available!
We know that each family has their own unique schedule and we are happy to work with you to accommodate yours! For more information on rates and availability, please reach out!
Yes! We have an in-house chef and provide breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack each day. Our chef is able to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. We are a nut-free facility.
We want you to be worry free when it comes to bringing items to school with you each day so we provide diapers, wipes, and formula! All your child will need for the day is diaper ointment (if used), a change of clothes, and any comfort items (pillow, blanket, nuk) for nap time, if they'd like. Your child will also need weather appropriate clothing for outdoor activities, including a swimsuit and towel.
Our teachers have obtained either their 2 or 4 year degrees in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or a related field. There is simply no substitute for educated, dedicated, passionate teachers. Our commitment to retaining staff has led to low staff turnover and allowed them to foster relationships with our families. This has created a very tight-knit community and a safe and friendly environment for your children.
All of our staff is certified in First Aid and CPR shortly after they begin employment with us. This training is updated yearly.
Our facility is equipped with several safety measure to keep your child safe during the day. Our facility is locked 24/7 with security cameras in place. Children always remain within sight and sound of a caregiver. Check out our emergency procedures in our handbook for more information.
We have clear policies in place regarding sickness in order to keep all of our children happy and healthy.
In the event of a weather related closure, we will notify you via our parent app.
