Alliance Childcare offers employment to people of all backgrounds, education, and experience. We provide high level training at no cost to employees, education opportunities including tuition reimbursement, and pediatric CPR and First Aid. We give teachers the freedom and resources to develop your own lesson plans and parent communications. We keep class sizes smaller and ratios lower than state requirements to ensure that teachers are not overworked with a high number of students and can develop individualized care and relationships with their children and families. We rotate teacher schedules so everyone can have their preferred work hours throughout the year.
